We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the following policy in accordance with Bangladesh’s Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
Return Policy Timeframe:
- You must request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Footwear must only be tried on indoors and returned in its original box.
- Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items include:
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or digital products
How to Request a Return
- Contact our support team via email at info@orgfeel.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
- We will respond with the return shipping address and instructions.
- You must ship the item back via a reliable courier service.
(Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer) - Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy
- If you need to exchange an item (size or color), you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to availability in stock.
- The replacement item will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please send photos/videos as proof.
- Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
Legal Compliance (As per Bangladesh Law)
- This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009 of Bangladesh.
- Customers have the right to file a complaint within 30 days in case of fraud or unsatisfactory service.
- You may also submit a complaint to the Directorate of National Consumer Rights Protection (DNCRP) if needed.
