We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the following policy in accordance with Bangladesh’s Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

Return Policy Timeframe:
  • You must request a return within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return:
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Footwear must only be tried on indoors and returned in its original box.
  • Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
Non-returnable items include:
  • Undergarments or intimate wear
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products
How to Request a Return
  1. Contact our support team via email at info@orgfeel.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.
  3. We will respond with the return shipping address and instructions.
  4. You must ship the item back via a reliable courier service.
    (Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Exchange Policy
  • If you need to exchange an item (size or color), you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability in stock.
  • The replacement item will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please send photos/videos as proof.
  • Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
